Cap analogs shipment

1. Upon payment, the vials with your cap analogs order will be put into a styrofoam container together with cooling inserts.
2. The container will be put into a cardboard box along with necessary documentation.
3. The sealed box with your address details will be handed over to a courier.
4. Our standard orders are packed and picked up by the courier in 2-5 business days.
5. The delivery time is dependant on your shipment address and customs procedures.
6. Cap analogs orders are shipped using Fedex.
7. Upon courier pick up we will send you your package tracking ID which you can use to check your package status.
8. Any customs fees or taxes are covered by the importer. Depending on your country of residence your government may add extra charges to the ordered products which you will be asked by the shipping company or customs agency to cover.

mRNA shipment

1. For mRNA custom orders we typically use WorldCourier service with temperature monitoring.
2. The cooling in mRNA packages is by dry ice which is added by the shipment company in case of such necessity.
3. Any customs fees or taxes are covered by the importer. Depending on your country of residence your government may add extra charges to the ordered products which you will be asked by the shipping company or customs agency to cover.
